So Many Snowboarding Resorts, So Little Time!

There are an abundance of snowboarding resorts throughout the world.  The Canadian Rockies are known world-wide for their natural beauty and remarkable resorts in the heart of the mountains.  Most of the ski hills have hotel accommodations right on the mountain, allowing guests to ski or snowboard straight to the chairlifts from their hotel room.  Some of the snowboarding resorts in the Canadian Rockies include Lake Louise, Sunshine, Fernie, Nakiska, Banff Mount Norquay, Panorama, Whistler, and Marmot Basin.

The Rocky Mountains also extend down into the United States. Some of the snowboarding resorts there are Vail, Copper Mountain, Big Mountain, Powderhorn, Mammoth, Jackson Hole, and Aspen.

Europe is also host to some of the worlds best snowboarding resorts. A few of those resorts are Alpe d Huez, Chamonix, Courcheval, Megeve, and Meribel, all located in the French Alps. The Swiss Alps are also known for their resorts. A few of them are Geneva, Lucerne, St. Moritz, Zurich, Engelberg, and Grindelwald. And don't forget New Zealand - you've seen The Lord of the Rings - they've got great mountains, too! Expand your horizons by visiting a new resort for your next vacation.
