Snowboarding magazines are a great resource and are available everywhere.  We have all seen the fabulous pictures on the covers that entice you to give snowboarding a try.   Magazines are a great source for research when you are trying to decide on which resort you should snowboard next, what new products and gear are available, and they provide reviews on the different resorts and gear. 

There are also magazines that are geared for particular areas of the world.  If you were considering snowboarding in a country that you haven’t visited, a magazine for that area could help you in discovering what is available there. 

Snowboarding magazines have articles on technique and new products.  Many times there are coupons and discounts for products or services. If you are interested in buying new and used equipment magazines are also great sources for buying new and used equipment through classified ads.   Whether you buy your magazines at the newsstand or have a subscription, they are good value for the money.
